I have been using this in my new Forester all summer in 100+ degree all day direct sunlight. It fits snugly and accurately into the windshield with no overlapping leaving very little room between the windshield and the heatshield. The tight fit helps keep the heat down in the car which helps get it cool fast once I turn it on and crank up the AC. When I forget to use it I can really tell and regret it every time.
This product is a must have for any hot climate with lots of sunlight.

Sunshade for HONDA FIT 2009 2010 HEATSHIELD Windshield Custom-fit Sunshade Review
I’ve used this for a few months now. It saved me a lot of pain in the summer with the 10 windows and black paint. Yes, it is huge but that’s because the windshield is huge. If it came folded, if would probably lose it’s integrity in the middle. Speaking of which, mine is starting to sag in the middle now. Would be nice if it had some kind of support although supergluing a little rod up and down the middle would fix that problem. I just roll it up and throw it in the back seat. Maybe use an antennae so you can retract it and fold it in half for those needing it to be folded?
